Sugar Bob and Barb’s Maple Pie
This recipe came from our favorite maple syrup couple, Sugar Bob and Barb. We exclusively use their maple products, and you can get your own here. Sugar Bob has been making maple syrup since he was 10 years old, and has won numerous awards across the country for his maple products (wait until we share our maple salmon recipe).
Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Pie plate
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2/3 cup (132 grams) white sugar
1 1/4 cup Bob’s Pure Maine Maple Syrup (dark is best, but medium also works)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat all ingredients, except nuts, together in mixing bowl.
Mix in nuts and pour into lined pie plate (we used our pie crust recipe).
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
